"Same-day" means you do not have to wait weeks or months to get started. You can sign up and complete the main parts of your ADHD evaluation on the same day. Here is exactly what to expect.

Step 1: The intake form (about 10 minutes)

You answer questions about why you are seeking an evaluation, your health history, and any medications you take. Your answers save as you go, so you can finish on your phone or laptop.

Step 2: Choose your plan

You pick the level of care that fits you:

  • Essential Evaluation, $195. Questionnaires, the cognitive assessment, and a detailed results report.
  • Evaluation and Clinical Review, $295. Everything above plus a 20-minute session with a psychiatric nurse practitioner.
  • Complete Evaluation and Treatment, $395. Everything above plus a 45-minute or longer session, a diagnostic interview, a personalized treatment plan, and medication management in your first session if it is clinically appropriate.

You pay only after your assessment is submitted.

Step 3: Screening questionnaires

You complete validated questionnaires about attention, focus, restlessness, and impulsivity. You also answer questions about mood, anxiety, and sleep. These matter because other conditions can look like ADHD or make it worse.

Step 4: The cognitive assessment (about 20 minutes)

You complete a computerized test from Creyos. It feels a bit like a set of short brain games. The tasks measure things like attention, working memory, and reaction time. This gives your clinician objective data to go along with your answers.

Tip: take the test somewhere quiet, on a computer if possible, at a time when you are not rushed.

Step 5: Clinical review

A board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner reviews your questionnaires and test results together. They look for patterns and also for other possible explanations.

Step 6: Your visit and results

Depending on your plan, you meet your clinician by secure video. They walk you through your results, ask follow-up questions, and talk about next steps. Next steps might include medication, coaching, accommodations, or simply a better understanding of how your brain works.

What to have ready

  • A quiet space and about one hour
  • A list of current medications and supplements
  • Old report cards or school notes, if you have them
  • Examples of how focus or follow-through affects your work, home, or relationships

The bottom line

A same-day evaluation lets you take the first step the moment you decide you want answers. You do the work at your pace, and a licensed clinician reviews every result.
